Sugarless Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped prunes
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. water
2 c. sifted flour
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Bring dates, raisins, prunes, margarine and water to a boil in saucepan.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Cool.
Combine with flour, eggs, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and pecans in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Store well wrapped in refrigerator or freezer. Yields 24 servings.
