Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix together butter, Crisco, sugar, and eggs.
    Blend in rest of ingredients.
    Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls and cover with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes and immediately remove from baking sheet.
    Makes 6 dozen.
