Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) Jiffy cake mix (white)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. flour (3 c. can be used)
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix cake mix and dry yeast.
    Combine with salt, egg, warm water and 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour.
    Mix to make a soft dough. Knead; let rise 1 hour in a warm place.
    Punch down.
    Make into rolls.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brush with melted oleo.
    Let rise 2 or 3 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes a dozen or so rolls.
