Lime Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 marshmallows
1 cup milk
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 - 3 oz. packages cream cheese
#2 can undrained crushed pineapple
1 cup whipped whipping cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Melt marshmallows and milk in top of a double boiler.
Pour hot mixture over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in cream cheese and stir until cheese dissolves.
Add pineapple and let cool.
Blend in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Chill in a 9x12-inch pan until firm. 12 servings.
