Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Mix in mustard.
    Pour over bread in greased casserole.
    Beat eggs, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Pour on egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in pan of hot water.
    Can be made and refrigerated night before.
