Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 to 2 tsp. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayo
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix together chicken, soup, celery, onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayo. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle chips on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot through. Makes about 6 servings.
