Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cut in quarters
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. or less grated cheese
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Put 1/2 of bread in greased casserole.
    Cover with 1/2 the cheese, then alternate, ending with cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
    Let stand covered in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
