Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add carrots and oil.
    Stir well.
    Add eggs, pecans and raisins and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in two cake pans.
