Sweet Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes or yams (or mix them), pared, boiled and mashed
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows, divided
    1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    3 tsp. oleo or butter
    2 apples, cored, pared and sliced
Preparation
    Pare and boil sweet potatoes; mash them. Add brown sugar, 1 cup miniature marshmallows and seasoning salt; dot with oleo or butter. Core, pare and slice apples. Top with sliced apples and 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or when apples are done.
