Chicken With Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. okra
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up and skin removed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1 c. water
    4 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    Sprinkle okra with lemon juice; set aside. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In nonstick skillet, brown chicken on all sides. Remove to plate. Add onion flakes and bouillon to skillet; let stand 5 minutes. Add water, tomatoes, okra with lemon juice and chicken. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
