Oven Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) refried beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 small bell pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) mild enchilada sauce
    1/2 c. water
    16 taco shells
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, garlic and pepper in skillet; drain.
    Add taco seasoning and refried beans; heat through.
    In separate bowl, combine mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and water.
    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with small amount of sauce mixture.
