Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 c. cold water
2 c. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, soda water and flour together well.
Add mayonnaise and vanilla.
Stir together thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan or a 9 x 11-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
