Northwood'S Buttermilk Cake Or Rice-Paddy Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. wild rice or 2 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. boiling water
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar (light brown)
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 recipe powdered sugar icing
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
about 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Stir powdered sugar and vanilla together.
Add enough milk or brandy to make of drizzling consistency.
