Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. hot drippings from roast beef
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add milk and continue beating.
Add sifted flour with salt and beat until smooth.
Put hot drippings from roast beef into 9-inch pie pan.
Heat until smoke is rising from pan; pour in batter.
