Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
1 prepared pie shell
Preparation

In mixer, combine sugar and spices and stir until mixed thoroughly.
Add pumpkin and stir until mixed, then beaten eggs. Add evaporated milk and milk and mix thoroughly and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
