Cheesy Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
6 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
2 to 3 lb. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Cook elbow macaroni; rinse.
Melt butter and add flour and dry mustard over low heat.
Makes thick tan colored paste.
Add milk. Allow to heat.
Gradually add grated cheese and stir over medium heat.
Add white pepper.
Pour into baking dish.
Cook in oven at 250\u00b0 until top is brown.
Sprinkle paprika over top.
