Linguini In Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. green onion tops, chopped
fresh parsley, chopped
fresh garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Romano cheese
2 cans chopped clams with clam juice or 1 can baby clams
1 lb. linguini
Preparation

Saut first 7 ingredients for a few minutes.
Grate Romano cheese.
Boil linguini and drain.
Mix all ingredients together, adding Romano cheese last.\tServe with additional Romano cheese.
