Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan pieces
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs. Coat nuts in dry ingredients. Add to oil and sugar mixture. Slowly add carrots and pineapple. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
