Creamy Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    3 sq. chocolate or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and gelatin; add remaining ingredients except vanilla and nuts.
    Cook over medium heat until soft ball stage. Add vanilla and cool for 15 minutes.
    Beat for 7 minutes or until firm.
    Add nuts; pour into buttered pan. Cool; cut into squares.
