Summer Iced Coffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. instant coffee
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. boiling water
3 c. cold water
2 trays ice cubes
6 twists lemon peel
sugar and cream (optional)
Preparation

Combine coffee, cinnamon and cloves in a 1-quart measurer. Add boiling water.
Stir until coffee mixture is dissolved.
Add cold water.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
