Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt or liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or Accent
1/3 tsp. garlic powder and black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut semi-frozen steak into 1/8-inch strips with the grain of the meat.
Mix all seasonings and sauces in a bowl.
Place the meat strips in glass dish and pour marinade over that.
Let marinate overnight in glass dish.
