Perfect Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 c. boiling water
    2 3/4 c. unbleached flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
    Combine the cocoa with boiling water, stirring until smooth. Cool completely.
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add the dry ingredients alternately with the cocoa mixture to the creamed mix.
    Do not over mix.
    Blend just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.
    Pour the batter into the pans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes and remove and cool completely.
