Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place beer (still sealed) in a bowl of hot water in an upright position.
In a mixing bowl, place flour, sugar and eggs; add beer all at once.
Stir just enough to mix well.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.
Yield:
1 loaf.
