Potato Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
1/2 lb. shredded cheese (any type)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Butter a deep glass baking dish; coat with bread crumbs. Season mashed potatoes with butter and grated cheese.
Alternate potatoes and cheese.
Top with remaining bread crumbs; dot with butter.
Bake in medium oven until cheese melts.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Freezes well and microwaves well.
