Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 pkg. seasoning (that comes in stuffing box)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated onion
    1 box Stove Top corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain thoroughly.
    Mash and add all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly (around 30 to 40 minutes, depending on oven).
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
