Ingredients

1 pkg. butter flavor or yellow cake mix
2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Mix cake according to package directions.
Bake in 2 well-greased and floured 9-inch round layer pans.
Cool.
Freeze; then split layers.
