Cheddar Welcome Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. flour
    70 pecan halves
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine cheese and butter using an electric mixer.
    Add cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and flour; mix completely.
    Form dough into a log 20-inches long and 1-inch round.
    Cut log in half and wrap each half in wax paper.
    Refrigerate logs for at least 1 hour.
