Spinach Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr regular soup mix
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach

Preparation

Cook spinach; drain.
Squeeze with paper towels and drain more as you mix all ingredients and chill.
Good with pumpernickel bread or rye (small loaves).
