Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. plain flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together.
Add eggs and blend well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
When cake is done, immediately cover the top of cake with 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream.
Do not remove cake from pan.
Pour icing over marshmallows after cake cools.
