Potato And Cheese Bake-In-Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 peeled potatoes
    1 medium size chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese (sharp works well)
    2 Tbsp. milk or cream
    salt and pepper to taste (we like freshly ground)
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in the center of a piece of heavy foil about 18 inches long.
    Add onion.
    Sprinkle on cheese.
    Add milk or cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold the foil to form a tight seam down the middle and at both ends.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in the oven or on coals if you're camping.
