Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, mix yolks well
    3 c. warm milk (about 1 qt.)
    2 sticks melted butter
    3 tsp. salt
    8 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Place sugar in a large bowl; crumble yeast over sugar.
    Cover; let set until brown (1 hour to 1 1/2 hours).
    Mixture will be brown in spots.
    You can tell by the yeast odor.
    Heat milk until warm.
    Melt butter in small saucepan.
    Add to milk.
    Pour butter in and mix well, then add eggs.
    Add flour and salt; mix well. Dough will be very soft.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
