Raisin Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

8 c. sliced peeled apples
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. butter
Preparation

Spread apple slices and raisins evenly in buttered baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl. Blend in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over fruit; press lightly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is crisp.
