Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn, mixing well. Turn into 2 roasting pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
