Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) jar artichoke hearts
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain and dice artichoke hearts; add sour cream, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place in a small casserole dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. Serve with assorted crackers.
