Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust (not baked)
1 c. well drained, cooked and chopped broccoli
1/4 c. minced onion
8 oz. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese, grated and divided
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
bacon bits
finely chopped ham (optional)
1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Combine veggies.
Spread 1/2 of cheese in pie shell.
Add veggies.
Combine eggs, milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) and pepper.
Pour over veggies.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
