Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onion
    1 egg, beaten (white only)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. low-fat margarine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz crackers)
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Mash.
    Add onion, egg, salt, sugar, mayonnaise, half of cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
