Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
5 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift together cocoa, cake flour, baking powder and salt. Add in the following alternately:
milk, eggs and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes exactly.
Cool in pan for about 15 minutes before inverting on cooling rack.
