Zesty Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Zesty Italian dressing mix
4 to 6 potatoes, washed and cubed
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place potatoes into baking dish.
Sprinkle dressing mix over potatoes.
Slice
butter over potatoes.
Cover.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until soft or in microwave 10 to 15 minutes.
