Sour Cream Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Drain 1/2 can liquid off salmon.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
