Old Fashioned Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 eggs
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat milk to near boiling.
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar and mix.
Add milk and mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; sprinkle nutmeg over pie filling.
Slice butter or margarine over pie.
Bake for 30 minutes or until firm in 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
