Lamb On The Rod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg lamb, boned, trimmed & cubed into 1 inch pieces
    Skewers
    Salt to taste
Preparation
    Place meat cubes on skewer.
    Salt meat and place over gas grill or hot charcoal grill.
    Cook till
    desired doneness.
    Remove meat from skewer with pita bread.
    Serve with garlic sauce.
