Coffee Can Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Add yeast to flour. Pour warm milk mixture over flour and yeast mixture.
    Add 2 unbeaten eggs.
    Beat with mixture.
    Add another 1/2 cup flour and knead on floured board.
    Divide in half.
    Drop in well-greased 1 pound coffee cans.
    Cover with lid and let rise to 1-inch of top of can.
    Remove lid.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
