Easy Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. dry Great Northern beans (about 1 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3 small onions, chopped
Preparation
    Place beans and salt in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain, reserving liquid. Combine beans, 1 cup of liquid and the remaining ingredients in a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally (add reserved liquid if needed). Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
