Max'S Mahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Mahimahi filets
    all-purpose flour
    rock salt
    margarine or butter
    chopped Macadamia nuts
    lime juice
Preparation
    Lightly dust the filets in the flour and place in the frying pan with butter, frying about 3 minutes on each side.
    Remove from pan and melt butter in pan.
    Add rock salt to taste and chopped Macadamia nuts.
    Saute until brown.
    Spoon mixture over filets and add lime juice over fish.
