"Martha'S" Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. noodles (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. minced scallions or onions
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
Preparation
    Early in day:
    Cook noodles as directed; drain.
    In butter, in skillet, saute ground chuck until browned.
    Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.
