Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 Ortega tostada shells
    1 c. Ortega refried beans
    1 (12 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    shredded lettuce for garnish
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef; drain.
    Stir in 1/2 cup salsa.
    Spread 1/2 cup salsa in 10-inch pie plate.
    Top with 3 tostada shells. Top with 1/2 of each of the bean and meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with lettuce, remaining salsa and additional sour cream.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
