Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton heavy cream
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
sliced strawberries or peaches
Preparation

Beat egg whites and vanilla until peaks form.
Add sugar and beat until stiff.
Combine crumbs, nuts and baking powder; fold into egg mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 10-inch pie plate.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and fruit. Store in refrigerator.
Recipe may be doubled.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
