Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 (6 to 7 lb.) brisket
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Rub liquid smoke into brisket.
    Salt brisket with seasoned salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Wrap in heavy-duty foil and place in a baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Cool.
    Pour off juice and slice meat thin.
    Reheat before serving.
    Serve with barbecue sauce.
