Venison Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. venison, cut in 1 1/2 x 6-inch strips (approximate)
    bacon, cut in half
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle venison with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Lay a piece of bacon on venison and roll up.
    Secure with a toothpick or put several rolls on a skewer (for shish kabobs, add cut vegetables of your choice on skewers).
    Cook on a hot barbecue grill for 5 minutes.
    Turn and cook until meat is done.
    (May also put under broiler in oven.)
