Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast (I use Red Star)
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    salad oil
Preparation
    Combine 2 1/4 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Add butter or margarine.
    With mixer at low speed, gradually pour 2 cups hot tap water into the dry ingredients.
    Add egg; increase speed to medium.
    Beat 2 minutes (scrape bowl).
    Beat in 3/4 cup flour for 2 minutes.
    Add 2 1/2 cups or enough to make a thick dough.
    Knead dough 10 minutes.
    Shape into ball and put in greased bowl.
    Make sure top of dough is greased.
    Let rise until doubled in size. Shape into rolls.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
